Annie's Favorite Pancakes (Blueberry and Chocolate Chip)
Fluffy pancakes with blueberries and chocolate chips.

Ingredients
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 3½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1¼ cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Steps
- Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, beat milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Pour into dry ingredients and stir until just combined; a few lumps are fine.
- Gently fold in blueberries and chocolate chips.
- Preheat a lightly oiled griddle or pan over medium-high. Pour ~¼ cup batter per pancake. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
- Serve hot with syrup or toppings.
